Pleasure Unbound By: Larissa Ione

My my my...what can I say about Pleasure Unbound? It was fantastic! If you are looking for a book with a whole lot of steam and a great plot, then this is the book for you!

Tayla is an Aegis meaning that her whole life revolves around destroying all demons. She had always thought that the only thing she would do with Demons is kill them all. The very last thing she expected was to wake up in a hospital specifically for (as well as ran by) demons.

Eidolon, the doctor taking care of Tayla is torn between rage and passion. Something about Tayla makes him want her like he has wanted no other female...but can he overcome what this "slayer" has done to his people?

This is the demon version of star crossed lovers. Both of their kinds despised the other. Tayla's world has been turned upside down since she woke up in the hospital...should she follow the beliefs she has known all her life or should she do the one thing that will change her life forever??

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romance. This is a very different/creative book and I literally COULD NOT put it down. I read it in one day sitting on my couch! 5 out of 5 in my book!!!

Fallen By: Lauren Kate

“What if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours?”

This is a dilemma that Daniel Grigori has to face every seventeen years of his life. The girl he loves (Luce) dies (most of the time in his arms) as soon as she remembers the truth, or when they kiss. In the end, all he has to remember her by is a pile of ash, the sketches he drew of her, and the knowledge that she would show up again in seventeen years.

“We meet. We always meet, somehow we're always thrown together, no matter where I go, no matter how I try to distance myself from you. It never matters. You always find me.”

To be honest with you I was at first reluctant about reading this book. I had a few doubts about it and thought that it would be just like any other cliche young adult "he loves her she loves him" story. Don't get me wrong, those are nice and all, but sometimes we need something different! This book is indeed "something different"! I don't want to go too much into detail because I don't want to unleash any spoilers for those who have not read it but you definitely need to go to the closest library or book store and get this book!

As soon as I read the first page, I was intrigued...there is nothing better than picking up a book and not being able to put it down, don't you think??! Some of you may not have that same intrigue at first...a couple friends of mine said it took them a couple chapters before they could actually get into it, but once they did they were happy they didn't give up on it. The story of Daniel and Luce will leave you begging for more...trust me I know. I lent "Torment" (the second novel) to a friend and now I'm dying to read it!

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this to friends and anyone else for that matter! :) Let me know what you thought of it! Feel free to comment!
